DEFEND YOUR FREEDOM

“If this land of boasted liberty is preparing to sacrifice every principle which enters into her Constitution…”

bellWritten in 19th century as a warning to the time coming: “Let not one who believes the truth, be silent now. None should be careless now; let all urge their petitions at the throne of grace, pleading the promise, “Whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do” (John 14:13). It is a perilous time now. If this land of boasted liberty is preparing to sacrifice every principle which enters into her Constitution, making decrees to suppress religious freedom, and for the enforcing of papal falsehood and delusion, then the people of God need to present their petitions in faith to the Most High. There is every encouragement, in the promises of God, for those who put their trust in Him. The prospect of being brought into personal danger and distress, need not cause despondency, but should quicken the vigor and hopes of God’s people; for the time of their peril is the season for God to grant them clearer manifestations of His power.” (SM 2, Chapt.47)

Let’s briefly look at the ten amendments and it’s principles:

First Amendment
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petitition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Second Amendment
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Third Amendment
No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner; nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

Fourth Amendment
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Fifth Amendment
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself; nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation.

Sixth Amendment
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed; which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor; and to have the assistance of counsel for his defence.

Seventh Amendment
In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury shall be otherwise reexamined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of common law.

Eighth Amendment
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

Ninth Amendment
The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

Tenth Amendment
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

 

We can see many of these principles have been disregarded by the state in the last decade.
Edward Snowden (The guardian – external link)  expose how every American citizen (and people in other countries) have lost their privacy. It is said to be for every one’s common good, but when everyone is regarded as a possible “suspect” and therefore can whenever be subjected to an unreasonable search there has been a great violation. It makes the state a ‘god’ who will have a position few can compete with. If the state got corrupted, few can ever turn it over or put it in it’s place. Even drones can be used to spy on innocent citizens (external link). “The American government is collecting and storing virtually every phone call, purchases, email,  text message, internet searches, social media communications, health information,  employment history, travel and student records, and virtually all other information of every American.” (source)  And a database of citizens (The Wall Street Journal)

After 9/11 many have reported on the loss of this right and have been subjected to unreasonable searches and seizures, and many named ‘terrorists’ how lost the right of the sixth amendment; the right of a public trial. It is said to be for emergency situations, however when a law is passed the law is used more widely then how they first claimed they would use it. (Bush) It’s like asking someone for the cookie jar under the pretense of just having one cookie, but when lead to it, take all the cookies.
“President Obama has claimed, as President George W. Bush did before him, the right to order the killing of any citizen considered a terrorist or an abettor of terrorism. Last year, he approved the killing of U.S. citizen Anwar al-Awlaqi and another citizen under this claimed inherent authority. Last month, administration officials affirmed that power, stating that the president can order the assassination of any citizen whom he considers allied with terrorists. (Nations such as Nigeria, Iran and Syria have been routinely criticized for extrajudicial killings of enemies of the state.)
…The president now decides whether a person will receive a trial in the federal courts or in a military tribunal, a system that has been ridiculed around the world for lacking basic due process protections. Bush claimed this authority in 2001, and Obama has continued the practice. …The president may now order warrantless surveillance, including a new capability to force companies and organizations to turn over information on citizens’ finances, communications and associations. Bush acquired this sweeping power under the Patriot Act in 2001, and in 2011, Obama extended the power, including searches of everything from business documents to library records. The government can use “national security letters” to demand, without probable cause, that organizations turn over information on citizens — and order them not to reveal the disclosure to the affected party. (Saudi Arabia and Pakistan operate under laws that allow the government to engage in widespread discretionary surveillance.)” (Source: Washington post)

The second amendment is also under attack. While the state has overwelming power over the citizens the second amendment was to ensure that if this ever happen (that is happening) and the state is becoming a dictator oppressing peoples rights, then the people should fight for their rights and therefore have right to bear arms as protection. The motive was for US never to loose it’s status as the land of the free and to hinder any repetition of  dominant states as had been seen in other parts of the world. But now that the state holds the power they want to remove this right at the same time. The different school shootings have been used as an argument to why the state has to change the second amendment. However in many of these cases, had a gun been in circulation among the victims, many of the massacres would have been avoided. Although worrying shootings, the extreme must never inspire the laws. Most people are not extreme. If extreme is the inspiration for laws then the laws itself will be extreme too.
Also don’t let any incident give the state the permission to remove your rights. US and other countries have for years used false flag to get the people to agree to do what they want them to. (See 42 admitted false flag attacks throughout history) Or as an excuse to start wars or to win people over to their side during a conflict.
It the peoples right to bear arms are removed and the attack on freedom continues, then US citizen will be sitting ducks.

The first amendment is being fought with laughter. Ridiculing the religious seem to have a great effect on the public. Although the constitution were to make sure that people have the right to believe and practice their faith – the state wants to reduce these rights to an acceptable standard. This means of course that the liberty is removed. Freedom of speech has also suffered when the belief that this right is secondary to the peoples right to not be offended. Forcing pastors to wed gays are a violation of the first amendment.  Pastors not being allowed to speak their belief on their pulpit because someone else disagree is also a violation. USA have started something the papacy, with it’s kings and queen puppets, did under the dark ages. There was an excepted truth and those who didn’t preach or practice the accepted truth was called extreme, trouble makers and persecuted and some killed. Years later we know that not every one burnt on the state was extreme in modern scenes, like copying and sharing the bible, but was considered dangerous in the time they were living. Today those who actually did many of these execution is regarded the extreme ones.
The question has to be asked: Can there really be democracy if there isn’t at the same time freedom of speech? The answer is of-course “no”! The person who controls speech also control the information and therefore also those receiving the information.
Because ‘religious’ and ‘terrorist’ can come under same category it gives the US the opportunity to cease, kill and even torture a ‘religious’ under the guise of protecting the country. (Example)  When the ten amendments are set a side, the believer have no longer the protection USA was supposed to give them.

The point making is that US is changing and the laws that made the US “the land of the free” are either on the ‘way out’ or being overruled. If American citizens wants to save their country they have to demand a change right now.
